REFURBISHMENT
This is at the heart of what I do. Turning a derelict or tired room into a beautiful, functional space is the best motivation. Ripping off old wallpaper to find crumbling, cracked and ancient plaster is no deterrent for me, but rather an opportunity to create something beautiful.
SKIMMING
Skimming is part of plastering work, by applying two coats of plaster for a glass like finish on your ceilings and walls. This makes the the perfect finish for painting or wallpapering
DRYLINING
Whether you need a new build home fully plaster-boarded, Dot and dab, overboarding an old ceiling or just boarding a small patch. We can cover it.
ARTEX REMOVAL
Artex has become a thing of the past and now dealing with artex is a big part of my job. Using the method of overboarding the ceiling and skimming it with 2 coats of skim for a perfect finish. It will be like having a brand new ceiling.
SOUNDPROOFING
Sometimes the sound of your neighbour through the wall can be distracting. Soundproofing can really make a difference, whether its just applying a rubber backed sound board with very little disruption or to build a false wall/ceiling to tackle that impact noise. I’d be happy to give you some plans of action to help you with a quieter nights sleep.
MONOCOUCHE RENDER
Monocouche renders are the ideal choice for a low-maintenance and durable finish. Consisting of just one coat, applied in two passes, monocouche render allows for fast application as a pumped or spray render which reduces scaffolding and site costs. Our range of coloured renders can be used to produce a scraped or roughcast finish, and are suitable for creating ashlar and quoin features.
